3 is working the best. But it missing something. It feels like the logo lock-up is lost. Maybe it's because the color scheme is too close to the background. To me, Showtime pops more than The Tudors. Do a treatment on the logo, that might help it to stand out.
Also, don't change the font size on your headline. Top line seems smaller than the bottom.
This is also a good example of when to use a drop shadow on text, to help it and make it more legible.
Make sure for your other deliverables, you don't use the same background pattern. Find a similar one.
