Banner where user can upload a pic of their face (or take a new one with a webcam); user can then pick a country and the banner will generate face paint on the person's face to show how they would look like if they had their face painted like one of the fans at the game.
PRINT BILLBOARD (interactive):
Billboard will display all the countries that are participating in the FIFA World Cup and next to each country is a number. On the bottom of the billboard the CTA will say something like, "Text the number of the country you're supporting to 4321, and see instant results." Billboard will then update and the botton part of the billboard (which is a screen) will change to show the results of the poll.
(Another idea I had was to just text the # of the country where you want to see a fan cheer and then a face of a fan from a certain country will pop out and do some kind of crazy soccer cheer.)
