Welcome to a summer state of mind.
Coming from an Art Director's view, I like 'A summer state of mind.' You don't have to say 'welcome'. But from your event and wild postings, you have to tie this in somehow. The event itself is full of colors, Can you tie in a color reference on your tagline? It might be me, let's see what Megan thinks.
