2 Intergrated Campaigns - Erica

Carbon Fighters

TBWA in Paris did a campaign called the "carbon fighters." This campaign was created to cause awareness of the rising carbon environmental issues today while asking the public to cut back on certain activities. Mostly targeting companies, the carbon fighters is a fun way to get people involved in a serious matter. Characters were illustrated to give each of these "fighters" a little more personality, for example, "the hitman" is in charge of turning off the lights when not in use. Soon these characters would invade an office building from elevators to light switches. Guerrilla, print and microsites were established to promote this campaign.

HBO Voyeur

Movies have been said to be "people watching people watch" so HBO did a spin off and out came HBO Voyeur. This campaign by BBDO New York was created to show HBO as storytellers not only on TV but in other mediums. It begins with street teams passing out invitations to an event where short films were projected on the side of buildings in New York. This gave viewers an opportunity to imagine as if the side of the buildings were removed giving a clear glimpse of the stories happening inside. The invitations could also be used for clues within each story about chapters in life.
